Frequently Asked
Questions
What services does Jones Elite Logistics provide?
Jones Elite Logistics provides professional truck and freight dispatching services for owner-operators and small fleets. We assist drivers by finding quality loads, negotiating rates with brokers, coordinating pickup and delivery schedules, and managing dispatch paperwork so drivers can focus on operating their trucks and growing their business.
How does your dispatch service work?
After onboarding, our dispatch team searches load boards and broker networks to find the best freight for your truck or van. We negotiate rates with brokers, present the load details to you for approval, and once you approve the load we secure the booking and send the rate confirmation. We also assist with communication and scheduling until the load is delivered.
What areas do you operate in?
Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Iowa, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. We can also dispatch freight nationwide depending on the carrier’s operating authority and preferred lanes.
How much do your dispatch services cost?
Jones Elite Logistics operates on a flat-rate dispatch fee, making pricing simple and predictable for carriers. Instead of charging a percentage of each load, drivers pay a fixed rate for dispatch services. Specific pricing details will be discussed during onboarding.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is required. Each dispatch agreement is for 30 days, and either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice.
