We assist drivers by finding quality loads, negotiating rates with brokers, coordinating pickup and delivery schedules, and managing dispatch paperwork so drivers can focus on operating their trucks and growing their business.
After onboarding, our dispatch team searches load boards and broker networks to find the best freight for your truck or van. We negotiate rates with brokers, present the load details to you for approval, and once you approve the load we secure the booking and send the rate confirmation. We also assist with communication and scheduling until the load is delivered.
Dry Vans, Reefer (Refrigerated Trailers), Flatbeds, Box Trucks, Power Only, and Sprinter Vans / Cargo Vans.
Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Iowa, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. We can also dispatch freight nationwide depending on the carrier’s operating authority and preferred lanes.
Jones Elite Logistics operates on a flat-rate dispatch fee, making pricing simple and predictable for carriers. Instead of charging a percentage of each load, drivers pay a fixed rate for dispatch services. Specific pricing details will be discussed during onboarding.
No long-term commitment is required. Each dispatch agreement is for 30 days, and either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice.
No. Carriers always have the final approval on every load. We present the available freight options and negotiate competitive rates, but you decide which loads work best for your schedule and business goals.
Rate confirmations, broker setup packets, dispatch instructions, load scheduling, and detention or layover requests when applicable.
Active MC Authority (if applicable), valid insurance, signed dispatch agreement, W9 form, truck or equipment information, and copy of CDL if required.

Yes. Carriers will know the pickup location, delivery location, mileage, and rate before approving the load. We also inform carriers if special equipment is required such as load bars, straps, chains, binders, placards, or other securement equipment.
Yes. Our dispatch team works to negotiate competitive rates with brokers to help maximize revenue for your truck or van.
Yes. Jones Elite Logistics works with both new and experienced carriers and helps guide new owner-operators through the dispatch process.
Payment for loads is made directly from the broker to the carrier. Jones Elite Logistics does not hold freight payments. Carriers may choose standard broker payment terms or use factoring services.
Contact Jones Elite Logistics and we will send the dispatch agreement and onboarding documents. Once completed and verified, we can begin dispatching.
No. Jones Elite Logistics does not force dispatch. Carriers always have the final decision on whether to accept or decline a load.
We do not guarantee detention, layover, or TONU payments. However, if situations arise that qualify for these types of compensation, we will communicate with the broker and negotiate on the carrier’s behalf when possible.
